Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 工業管理研究所 === 101 === The study is mainly to use TRIZ to improve the problem of positioning module problem in the manufacturing process. In the process, functional attribution analysis is used to define regional anomalies. Besides, 39 engineering parameters and inventive principles of the contradiction matrix is manipulated to infer conflict phenomenon and also to establish substance-field model to study the probably workable direction of 76 standard solutions. A proposal is provided for the improvement of positioning module components and a new material with additional features is increased. After improving positioning module components, its life circle can be extended two times and the cost of consumables can be reduced about 40 percent.
