In addition, more and more students seek to study abroad in order to have greatly development, such as promote better international version and language skill. As the result, universities sign the agreement as the sister university to increase opportunities to study abroad.
The purpose of this research is to understand Taiwanese students' adaptability overseas, and examine the cross-cultural variable influencing on cultural intelligence and social support. Questionnaire was collected by email and universities. 100 questionnaire use convenience samples and reliable sample is 83. The data analysis using by SPSS 12.0.
The findings are, firstly, cultural intelligence is positive influencing on cross-cultural. Second, Social support factor positively influences cross-cultural. Lastly, cultural intelligence accommodates the relationship between cultural intelligence and cross-cultural.
