And this patent infringement judgment decision support system designed to include four major systems: (1) criminal information machine-readable formats automation subsystem, (2) patent infringement judgment decision factor screening system (3) patent infringement judgment decision support subsystem, (4) patent infringement judgment decision model validation subsystem. In this four primary system design subdivided under ten modules feature, Which comprises: 1) criminal record using machine-readable format, 2) the judgment in a criminal record is automatically carried out, 3) Court decisions over the automated statistics, 4) the judgment Range Table automated generation, 5) commutation Range Table automate production, 6) Aggravating Range Table automated generation, 7) reference method of computer statistical analysis, 8) ordinary dyadic scale online survey modules, 9) two yuan Delphi (Delphi) online survey modules, 10) two yuan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) online survey module. The study conducted in Taiwan patent litigation case analysis and discussion of descriptive statistics, Also for patent verdict facets factors AHP analysis and discussion, Hoping to design an objectivity, measurability, confirmatory, Usefulness and ease of use with systemic patent infringement judgment decision support systems, Is to provide judges, lawyers, prosecutors, judicial authorities, enterprises, University School teachers and students as well as patent infringement verdict simulation and analysis of computer-aided reference tool.
