We use XRD patterns of the synthesized Fe1-xCrxS and Fe1-xCoxS2 nanocrystals with various mean crystallite sizes, and can notice that range of size is were the 9 nm to 26 nm and 24 nm to 32 nm, whether there is mixed success. The magnetic analysis is used of SQUID,EPR and Mossbauer, find that particle of different concentration have different result. We use TEM and SEM observe the surface type state and microstructure.
