Tourism industry is a crucial contributor to growth in many developing economies, as well as in Mongolia, with an increasing number of tourists. This study identified the job satisfaction level of employees from five sectors in tourism industry by surveying employees. It also examines the different influences of compensation and benefit, working condition, job stress and coworkers relationship on overall job satisfaction level. Study has confirmed compensation and benefit and working condition have the highest effect on job satisfaction level. Multiple regression analysis was used and each independent variable was tested in sequence and less significant were eliminated.
