Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士班 === 101 === The purposes of this study are: First, to explore the current situation of senior high school athletes in track and field teams in Yunlin County. Second, to compare the differences of participation motivation among the track and field team athletes with different background variables in senior high schools in Yunlin County. Third, to evaluate the differences of participation constraints among the track and field team athletes with different background variables in senior high schools in Yunlin. Fourth, to examine the correlation between the participation motivation and constraints of the senior high school athletes in track and field teams. Senior high school athletes in track and field teams in Yunlin County were selected as the subjects of this study. A self-developed questionnaire was used as the instrument. 94 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the valid recovering rate is 100%. The results of this study are as following: 1. The current situation of senior high school athletes in track and field teams in Yunlin County: More male athletes than female ones; students are mainly the first graders; the best records that students mostly made in track and field go to “the top eight in Yunlin County level”; the participation years for special training are mainly “three to six years”; the most frequent special training is “middle distance running”; the frequency of special training is chiefly “more than 20 hours” per week. 2.In comparing the differences among participation motivation: Significant differences were found on the Rewards and Interpersonal Relationships by comparing different graders. Significant differences were found on the Rewards by comparing different participation years. Significant differences were found on the Needs of Achievement by comparing the different training hours for a week. 3.In comparing the differences among the constraints, there were no significant differences on Intrapersonal Constraint, Interpersonal Constraint, and Structural Constraint by comparing the different background variables. 4.There are significant negative correlation between participation motivation and constraints among senior high school athletes in track and field teams in Yunlin County.
