碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士班 === 101 === In order to deal with global competition, more and more people chose to return to school to enhance their skills and knowledge. Graduate schools also offer part-time programs for working people to meet their needs. This research is about the influence of learning effect on those part-time graduate students. 366 part-time MBA students in the central of Taiwan are participants to clarify their learning effect on job satisfaction. The analysis tools are multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA. The result shows that learning effect has positive effect on those students’ job satisfaction. The demographic variables have different influences on learning effect and job satisfaction. The research results can be a reference for the working people to plan their future study, for the universities and colleges to operate their part-time graduate programs, and for enterprises to train their staff.
