All of the nursing aides whose at long-term care institutions in Tainan were chosen for this study. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data, and a total of 299 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The content of questionnaire included demographic variables, work-related variables, job stress scale, Quality of life. Content validity and internal consistency (Cronbach’s α) were used to assess the psychometrics of the questionnaires. The descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by SPSS 12.0 was used for data analysis. The results show that perceived health impact factors nurse aides with weight, work stress, workload, institutions type, job seniority, job type, number of hours worked, the number of residents, in institutions, assistive training and to help residents take a sponge bath, given medicines, change of bed linen, etc., is a better predictor. According to the results of research, it is suggested on-job training of assistive device be held periodically, the proportion of case number be reasonable, should be more attention to nursing aides feelings, more with nursing aides interaction, communication and learn about their needs; consider nursing aides ability and physical load, These provide the administrator in training and manpower management on the reference.
