Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 生物與醫學資訊學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === This study focuses on the current status of intestinal virus prevention, understanding how the elementary school teachers perceive on Enterovirus, any advice they would suggest on the prevention, preventive behavior and its relevance. In this study, purposive sampling was conducted in the questionnaire survey, where a total of 108 of all were received as valid. Upon all questionnaire sheets were organized, statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and post hoc comparison were adopted further. Here coming the findings as follows: 1. Prevention status of intestinal virus: 1) Local health units provides frequent guidance and inspect Enterovirus prevention in campus regularly or irregularly. 2) Elementary school teachers acquired the most part of information regarding to Enterovirus on TV news, but, also expect to acquire more relevant information from other channels (prevention manual, seminar). 3) If there is any one school child infected with Enterovirus, notice or contact book shall be given to the parents mostly. 4) Nearly 90% of elementary school teachers feel pressure on the children infected with Enterovirus and the source of such pressure is mostly coming from the parents. 2. Difference of identification, advice as to the prevention and preventive behaviors perceived by the elementary school teachers: 1) There was a significant degree of difference scored in the teachers’ participation in the seminar in relevancy and any opinion given for the prevention of Enterovirus, which represented teachers who have participated in the seminar approved advisory opinions given on the prevention. 2) There was a significant degree of difference scored in these teachers’ positions and preventive behaviors. Among all of them, a subject teacher & group leader is positioned higher than the director, who can have more chances of face-to-face contact with the children in schools and execution of affairs as to Enterovirus; hence he have clearer picture of Enterovirus prevention. 3. Elementary school teachers anticipate that our government can make use of versified channels for provisions of a variety of information as to Enterovirus during the epidemic period to strengthen degree of cognition the public have on virus. They have more expectation in the collaborative efforts made by the government, school, teacher and parents jointly and cooperation to seize health state of the children and reduce down infection rate for a healthy and pleasant environment provided to our children to grow up.
