As a result, this paper aims to examine elementary school teachers’ continuance intention of using class webpages from personal psychological perspectives. This paper uses “a post-acceptance model of IS continuance” as the theory basis and uses interviews with experts and focus groups, as well as related literatures,to conclude that these personal psychological factors are “computer self-efficacy,” “user involvement,” and “subjective norm.” Targeting elementary school teachers who have set up class webpages on the uSchool online platform, this paper uses structural equation modeling for hypothesis verification. This paper has found: (1) elementary school teachers’ continuance intention of using class webpages is in line with the “post-acceptance model of IS continuance;” (2) elementary school teachers’ “computer self-efficacy” and “user involvement” have a positive and evident effect on the satisfaction with using class webpages; (3) elementary school teachers’ “subjective norm” have a positive and evident influence on the satisfaction with using class webpages and the continuance intention of using such webpages. Finally, based on the research results, this paper offers management suggestions to education regulators, school administrative personnel, elementary school teachers and the uSchool service operator.
