碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 休閒與遊憩管理學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === This study examined the influences of conscientiousness and induced conscientious leisure attitudes on leisure satisfaction for the 5th and 6th graders from the central Taiwan. A questionnaire was used, including scales of conscientiousness, conscientious leisure attitude, leisure satisfaction, and demographic questions. Questionnaires were distributed to the 5th and 6th graders of elementary schools in the central Taiwan. Totally 589 were valid with 278 males and 311 females. Regression analyses showed that the conscientiousness of personality could extend to the conscientious attitudes toward leisure. The conscientiousness and conscientious leisure attitudes affected leisure satisfaction. In addition, conscientious leisure attitudes partly mediated the relationship between conscientiousness and leisure satisfaction.
