When the citizens enhance the love on pets as well as medical technology and various diagnostic reagents are improving, the life expectancy of companion animals is apparently prolonged. The increasing demands of breeding pets have enlarged the market. When the pet healthcare market is getting saturated, hospital managers have focused on the factors of cost expenditure, service quality, and information management and approached the business administration model so as to promote the service quality. It presents the operation trend of present animal hospitals and the diversification. The rapid development of information technology has largely changed the living and learning styles of humans and affected the reformation of corporate organization and management styles. Based on the development of preventive medicine services for pet industry, information technology is integrated to developing an innovative pet health management service platform, which provides pet health management services with medical and clinic systems through the Internet. Furthermore, the demands on service quality and technology management are further discussed in order to enhance the management of animal hospitals for enormous customer demands. Each pet has a unique QR-code, the identification label of the pet, which can be scanned for being guided to the individualized healthcare platform. It breaks thourhg the restrictions of time and space and assists the breeders in overcoming various regional obstacles that the acquisition of animal information becomes more convenient. Cloud platforms are mostly established multi-directionally interactive which allow breeders learning knowledge about pet diseases, tracing the regular health check of the pet, and consulting and communicating with the medical personnel through Cloud services. The medical personnel in chained hospitals could immediately retrieve the medical information of a pet, and pet hospitals could remind breeders of precautions through messages. With exclusive marketing information, the platform does not simply increase service items, but could become a new-generation marketing strategy to achieve the reengineering blueprint for enterprises.
