碩士 === 東海大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === In recent years, by the widespread of Internet, and increasing the number of Internet users, Internet has become indispensable to modern people in their daily lives; however, part of people serious indulged in internet which lead certain troubles to their work, family, and learning, therefore, the kind of issues are getting much more concern from society nowadays. On the other hand, with the worldwide trend of technology development, the connections between using of internet and cell-phone are rapidly increasing which changed the traditional lifestyle of human being. People around us gradually begin to use smartphone, in order to utilize network services. Nevertheless, in the meantime smartphone bring human abundant of information and conveniences, it also bring about several issues. The convenience of smartphone is easy to make users addicted, improper overuse can cause user indulged, and generating the symptoms of smart phone addiction. This research is based on previous literatures as theoretical foundation to discuss personality traits, interpersonal relationship and the effect of information anxiety on smart phone addiction. The main purpose of this study is to exam the relationship between Internet addiction and smartphone addiction from undergraduate students’ personality traits, interpersonal relationship, and information anxiety, moreover, further exploring the connections between Internet addiction and smartphone addiction. Finally, according to the result of this research provide discussions and suggestions. The main findings include: 1.The personality traits of college students have some relevant between Internet addiction. 2.The personal relationships of college student have a negative correlation between Internet addiction. 3.The information anxiety of college student have a positive correlation between Internet addiction. 4.The personality traits of college students have some relevant between smartphone addiction. 5.The information anxiety of college student have a positive correlation between smartphone addiction. 6.The Internet addiction of college student have a positive correlation between smartphone addiction.
