The study used the purposeful sampling method and collected data by using semi-structured interviews with four groups of interviewees in order to express the life experience thoroughly from the interviewees’ point of view. The interview data is organized and analyzed to present the following results on the effect and permeation between the co-parenting and teaching jobs from the married couple of elementary school teachers. 1. Because of the similar teaching styles and beliefs, the co-parenting method takes on the cooperative approach; however, the female tends to have more parenting job compare with their male counterpart. 2. The married couple of elementary teachers show patient, tolerant, and caring responses as well as empathy between the co-parenting and teaching jobs. The female counterpart shows more permeation between the parenting and teaching jobs. 3. The married couple of elementary school teachers are good at applying teaching experience and acquired parenting information onto their children. 4. The parenting role expectation is influenced by the teaching role expectation especially on the female teachers. 5. The married couple of elementary school teachers adjust co-parenting method as well as the teaching jobs according to their family life cycle. 6. The married couple of elementary school teachers regard the permeation and effect between the co-parenting and teaching job as positive and beneficial with one another.
