Effective and accurate supplier evaluation decisions are important for productions and logistics management in many firms to enhance their organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive key component supplier evaluation model. This model of criteria is based on a review of 40 related journals and experts review. In this research, we use a leading electronic company, X, as a case study. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is applied to calculate the weighting of selection criteria for key component supplier evaluation. A designed FAHP questionnaire was sent to twelve procurement decision makes in Company X. The model can be used as a checklist in order to ensure that no key components are missing in the evaluation process.
