Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 車輛工程系所 === 101 === The research topic is power mode switching control and performance analysis in hybrid electric motorcycle with inverse differential gear, and we use the commercially available motorcycle as the prototype development platform. This study use inverse differential gear power splitter to integrate or distribute the power within the motor/generator and traditional Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), which brings on single/double power output. We configure the transmission system with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) to adjust the speed reducing ratio of transmission gear and to make the power output smoothly. PC-Base is used as the system control for this hybrid electric motorcycle, and we apply the LabVIEW software and NI DAQ-6218 data acquisition hardware to measure the signals and control the motorcycle. According to the control strategy of power mode switching, there are three driving modes for the hybrid electric motorcycle: the electric motor mode, the ICE plus generator mode, and the ICE plus motor mode (hybrid mode). Eventually, we examine and test the hybrid electric motorcycle with the chassis dynamometer and find that the performances of 0-100m acceleration and maximum speed, the fuel consumption and the exhaust emission all meet the standards of domestic regulation.
