Synthesis of Novel p-Phenylene Ethynylene-Based Amphiphiles

碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 101 === In this thesis, eight fluorescent amphiphiles have been successfully synthesized by the Sonogashira coupling and multi-step synthesis. All amphiphiles feature two hydrophilic sections (phosphonic acid or amino substitute), while the hydrophobic section is...

All amphiphiles feature two hydrophilic sections (phosphonic acid or amino substitute), while the hydrophobic section is p-phenylene ethynylene-based chromophore which connects with an adjustable hydrocarbon tail (hexyl or decyl). The UV/Vis and fluorescence spectra studies show their photophysical characterization. Since these amphiphiles with fluorescent and water-soluble characteristics, therefore they may have the potential as biosensor. 蔡福裕 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 108 zh-TW
