Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 101 === The mass deposited on QCM (quartz crystal microbalance) will change the frequency of a piezoelectric crystal, when increased the deposition of mass the frequency is also decrease. However, QCM its electrodes expose in the sensing environment without packing, withstand the environmental temperature, humidity and pressure changes. If we can''t determine the cause, means the QCM identification fails. In these important environmental factors, especially temperature is the most affected, it would limit the application of the QCM. The purpose of this study improved the traditional QCM performance. A gold electrode of crystal as reference was added into traditional QCM system. And found that the characteristics of frequency ratio and frequency shift, can be used to reduce temperature, humidity and pressure affects.
