| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木與防災研究所 === 101 === With the utilization of the Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM digitally contains precise geometry and relevant data needed to support the facilities to describe 3D object-oriented CAD. Construction BIM collaboration teamwork is very important for the initial starting part for the development of the overall project. Usually, the BIM collaboration work time cause rework and mistakes without effective management mechanisms. The main purpose of this study is to propose BIM collaboration management mechanisms for general contractor for effective BIM collaboration teamwork during the construction stage. This study proposes related BIM collaboration management mechanisms and apples real BIM projects in Taiwan. The combined results demonstrate that, a proposed BIM approach and processes can be an effective tool for construction BIM collaboration management mechanisms in construction projects. In this study, this research identifies the processes, benefits, limitations with applying BIM collaboration management mechanisms through applying real cases. Finally, conclusion and suggestion are summarized for further applications in practice.
