Two chitosanases F1 F2 were purified from the culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sepharose column chromatography and Macro-prep DEAE Cartridge. The molecular mass of CHS was estimated to be 49kDa by SDS-PAGE. The optimum temperature, optimum pH, thermal stability, and pH stability of CHS F2 were 60℃, pH 7~9, 25~40℃, and pH 10, respectively. The activity of CHS F2 was inhibited by Fe2+,Cu2+,and Mn2+. San-Lang Wang 王三郎 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
