Diplomacy is the integrative process between two nations thought economic, trade, cultural, and a variety of ways to communicate with other nations for the purpose of mutual benefits. In this study, focus on the interrelations between diplomacy and military force which constitute the evolution and implication behind the military diplomacy. Since the foundation of the People''s Liberation Army (PLA), it is the military arm of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and de facto armed force of the People''s Republic of China (PRC). But with the sky rocketing rise of the power of PRC and the enlargement of unconventional security threat, the PLA began to deal with the diplomatic operations for their national strategic interesting. In this study, I aim at the PLA''s diplomatic operations as the foundation of the research. And discuss the national strategic meaning behind those operations, also how PRC use the PLA to achieve those operations for the national strategic goals. Through the evolution and influence of PLA and it''s diplomatic operations this study expect to make a painstaking investigation of the China style within those operations.
