SPSS for Windows 20.0 is used to analyze initial data retrieved. Other statistics tools used later in comparison include: descriptive analysis, Independent Samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, repeated measures, and LSD method. Key findings from this study are as follows: 1.The present conditions of Taiwan Elementary School basketball players’ perceived coach leadership, and basketball player’s satisfaction to trainings: In terms of perceived coach leadership: the perception level is the highest in “training and instruction behavior”, followed by "democratic behavior", followed by "caring behaviors", followed by "autocratic behavior", in terms of player’s satisfaction to trainings: the perception level is the highest in coach’s leadership, followed by group internal atmosphere, followed by individual academic performance. 2.The differences in Taiwan Elementary School basketball players’ perceived coach leadership and player’s satisfaction to trainings under different background variables: Different gender,different training hours weekly and different training times weekly in players’ perceived coach leadership show significant differences. Different gender,different training hours weekly, different training times weekly and different school classes in player’s satisfaction to trainings show significant differences. 3. The correlations of Taiwan Elementary School basketball players’ perceived coach leadership and player’s satisfaction to trainings are significantly and positively correlated.
