Furthermore, the researcher attempted to discuss whether the implementation of electronic schoolbags and Innovation Teaching are affected by the teachers’ demographic variables. The methodology adopted in this research is conducted through the questionnaire, “The Implementation of Electronic Schoolbags and Innovation Teaching,” as a tool to collect data. The samples are 121 teachers selected from 81 primary and junior high schools in New Taipei City. The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method and Pearson product-moment correlation. These conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. The Implementation of electronic schoolbags in primary and junior high schools in New Taipei City is ordinary. 2. Innovation teaching in primary and junior high schools in New Taipei City is good. 3. There is no significant difference under primary and junior high school teachers’ different personal background variable of the current implementation of electronic schoolbags. Furthermore, 41 to 50 year-old teachers’ scores on remedial teaching are higher than those of 31 to 40 year-old teachers’. 4. There is no significant difference under primary and junior high school teachers’ different personal background variable of the innovation teaching. In addition, the teachers’ score of the size of 49 to 60 class schools on course content are higher than those teachers’ scores of the size 13 to 24 class schools. 5. There is low positive correlation between the implementation of electronic schoolbags and innovation teaching in primary and junior high schools. In the end, the researcher provides the suggestions based on the research results to educational authorities, school administrators, primary and junior high school teachers, and future research.
