If there is no integrated design drawing by suppliers during the designing process, the project contract award is briefed according to the drawings with text by designers and contractors always undertake construction in accordance with drawings of one-side-story. Without the integration in design drawings between architectural engineering and electrical engineering at the pre-construction stage, many conflicts will occur during the construction. Hospital architectural engineering is not a majority in the industry. It is a special field that demands expertise. Works for operation rooms are the areas full of the most complex in the hospital projects. This research first explores the implementation standard for the operation rooms of medical institutions by the National Medical Law and reviews the technical regulations of architecture and building, and checks the set-up standard of equipment for fire safety for all kind of places and locations. It focuses and highlights on the criteria demand and request for operation rooms in hospitals by relevant laws and regulations, covering the dust-free grade of different levels for operation rooms as well. The study aims to solve the challenge of keeping operation rooms clean, integrating interface of different medical equipments, infection control, patients’ privacy needs, the consolidation of various medical equipments, the building renovation, the installation of electrical and mechanical equipments.
