Method: A battery of questionnaires, including the Chen Internet Addiction Scale, International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form, and the Attitude Scale toward Physical Education, were administered to public vocational high school students selected by a stratified sampling method. Totally, 760 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by the independent sample t-test and stepwise regression analysis. Results: The relationship between Internet addiction and physical activity was not significant. However, there was a positive association between the attitude toward physical education and physical activity, whereas a negative association was found between the core symptoms of Internet addiction and the cognition toward physical education. Conclusion: The value of physical education in vocational high schools is needed to be emphasized since positive attitudes toward physical education increase physical activity levels after school in adolescent. It is important to develop students’ regular exercise behaviors and positive attitudes toward a healthy lifestyle through curricula in physical education.
