Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 101 === Nowadays more bigger hard drive capacity, number of turns faster and faster, more precise, and therefore vulnerable to vibration and indirect impact on the efficiency of the hard drive. For hard drives in vibration damping measures of relative importance. This study places a hard disk on a vibration tester to simulate the external environment; the hard disk is put through different vibration frequencies, acceleration and angles. The hard disk is linked to a computer and how much it is affected by vibration is determined based on the data transfer rate by use IOmeter software. Taguchi methods, neural network system and genetic algorithm (GA) optimization methods are applied along with an experiment to find the optimum design for anti-shock pad hardness. And to apply different damping spacer (insole, air cushion) to find out suitable for various vibration frequencies of vibration damping gaskets, and finally a hard drives and solid state drives (Solid State Disk ,SSD) compare and explore solid state drive in the tilt angle and without using a different vibration damping gaskets transmission efficiency of the State.
