Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 101 === In recent years, the OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) has seen advantages of a larger light emitting area, thinner thickness, increased light uniformity and manufacturability for soft backlight source etc. The OLED has been started to be used as backlight source for various displays. Moreover, brightness enhancement layer or brightness enhancement structure has become a necessary portion for OLED brightness enhancement. Existing brightness enhancement layers have been widely applied to optoelectronic display products. Condensation units are mostly made of a single layer of circle or hyperbolic lens or bar column structure to increase light exit surface. This research proposes a multi-layer ring type as the brightness enhancement structure for this research. The side reflection structure and the diffusion layer, i.e., prism layer, in the LGP (light guide plate) backlight module are integrated to achieve the enhancement of brightness on OLED light exit surface and the increase of light emitting surface, such that the brightness enhancement layer of this research is accomplished and the optoelectronic efficiency of OLED improved.
