Description
Summary:碩士 === 吳鳳科技大學 === 消防研究所 === 101 === In Taiwan, some the existing old factories have been converted into display and sale squares in wine tourism factories or Wine Culture Creative Parks. This study investigated the fire safety conditions of these buildings in fire accidents and how to improve the safety situations. In this study, performance-based design concept was adopted in order to take into account optimal use of these special buildings, and to ensure the safety of personnel. FDS simulation software and full-scale hot smoke test are individually used for the analysis of the status of C winery in the fire. Both results are generally similar to the situation in determining the smoke distribution and descend time of smoke layer flow. Personnel evacuation direction is inappropriate to exit 1, i.e. to the gate of display and sale square. If necessary to exit 1 as evacuation direction in the fire, it has to be completed within 300 seconds after the evacuation beginning. To other exits, it should be less than 360 seconds after people evacuation completed after the fire according to conservative estimates. After analysis of the important parameters in the fire, the study showed that the current status of the required evacuation time is 78 seconds. Shorten the time is required for evacuation improved to 58 seconds. The results show improvement interior conditions and changes in evacuation paths to help reduce people time to evacuate. If additional automatic sprinkler system and smoke exhaust during the square, simulation results show that helps people evacuate in FDS simulation. Recommends setting operators should increase fire safety equipment.
