Description
Summary:碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 101 === With the coming of the era of globalization, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues in the international arena are full swing. The governments and multinational corporations have invested on them, while Taiwan corporations as the important part for the global supply chain can not be able to update stay out. The combination of social responsibility and business strategy will be the company's future new source of competitive advantage. Whether corporate governance, corporate commitment, community involvement or environmental protection, Taiwan has no conditions remain outside the global trend and must pick up the pace to catch up. The study adopted the large-scale enterprises from the "Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility" winners during the 2007-2012 announced by the Common Wealth Magazine for the analysis. The ALSCAL analysis of Multidimensional Scaling and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis of the Ward's Method in SPSS18.0 were used to explore the relative relationship between winning companies and clusters. The results showed that it is more suitable for the large-scale enterprises of this study to be divided into three clusters. For example, according to 2012 analysis results, TSMC, DELTA, LITE-ON belong to the same cluster; Taiwan Mobile, E-SUN FHC, CHINATRUST belong to the same cluster; Finally CHT, TECO, UMC, MXIC belong to the same cluster.
