碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 101 === Domestic B & B development, combined with the surrounding natural resources, the local specialty dining, cultural information and friendly service, has become an emerging tourism and leisure industry. There is no integrated system to do B & B industry booking. This could lose a lot of business opportunities. The purpose of this study is to build a set of cloud action Reservation Service APP system. Therefore to avoid customers spend a lot of waiting time for booking which could result in customer loss. This study will use prototyping life cycle method combine with the cloud computing technology, and the use of QR Code to develop an action B & B APP system. The customer will access the booking and other information more easily. The questionnaire design was base on information system success model proposed by DeLone & McLean (2003) in this study. This study takes 150 Internet questionnaire and randomly questionnaires to statistics and analysis the data. This study would build a B & B cloud Mobile Services APP system. The system will be accordance with the different needs and preferences of consumers of the services. It can provide B & B cloud services to consumers and improved local B & B industry booking process. It can also quickly provide surrounding tourist information for consumers, so that consumers can facilitate access to the latest information.
