The EHR became more and more popular in the world. But, the medical illustrations in electronic form are still unsatisfied. This study use the new generation tablet PC with customized application as a drawing tool. The object of this article is to evaluate the system using in surgical domain. The study developed a clinical drawing application on Apple iPad2. The results of simulated scenarios showed similar quality comparing with traditional method. After four weeks, the questionnaire according to technology acceptance model showed 87.5% positive result in usefulness, ease of use, and user satisfaction.
