Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 101 === This research investigated enterprise sustainable competitive advantage from resource-based view with case study method. Under the guidance of resource-based view, Porter’s five-forces analysis and competitive advantages related literature, the collection of secondary data and interviews of case company were implemented. Data analysis focused on exploring into how case company created unique resources and capabilities to establish sustainable competitive advantage. The research found the resource bases of the case company that supported its sustainable competitive advantage are as follows: 1.The case company created a service system to enhance customer satisfaction. 2.The case company used its business management capabilities to increase market shares. 3.The case company adopted multi-brand products to gain the advantage of bargaining power and low cost.
