The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1.The case school organizational relationship with the environment mutually fortress, backing, organizational ecology is a form of mutualism. 2.The case for change to take school organization focused differentiation strategy, and with the collective decision-making. 3.The case school organizational change management effectiveness of existing state after very well, the number of students to return to former prosperity. 4.The case school of tissue from the living to the remarkable key lies in the establishment of an internal vision for transformational leadership, innovation business branding, exterior lies Act deregulation and continuity of policies.
