Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 材料科技研究所 === 101 === In this study, graphene oxide (GO) and titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) as precursor, TiO2/graaphene composite photocatalyst was prepared under hydrothermal at 180 ℃, experimental variables of different methods, different hydrothermal time, different graphene add ,and two types of graphite of TiO2/graphene composite photocatalyst for photocatalytic degradation dye Acid Orange (AO7) performance. The results showed that introduction of graphene increased photocatalytic activity of TiO2, which is mainly due to the graphene excellent electron transport properties and good absorption characteristics, when hydrothermal time at 12 hours and addition of 1 wt% graphene have the best photocatalytic performance, AO7 chroma removal rate of 96.7%.
