This study separating the conflict into two types which includes: Relation conflict and Task conflict. Using Locus of Control (LOC) to appear team members’ personal characteristic. The samples are collected from 160 undergraduate students in project teams at National Yunlin University of Science &; Technology. The data were analyzed by the method of Pearson correlation、 one way ANOVA and hierarchical regression. The major results of the study are as follows: 1. There exist moderate effects between team conflict and teamwork. 2. Task conflict has positive correlation to team work, while Relation conflict has negative correlation. 3. Externals have significant correlation to Task conflict. Keyword: Task conflict、Relation conflict、Personal characteristic、Team work
