Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊工程系碩士班 === 101 === Gait analysis is a study on human motion. Human motion analysis is widely used in the research of human body structure [1], human motion tracking [2] [3], gender identification [4], medical items [5], physical therapy [6], exercise training [7], etc.; and gait recognition is a part of human motion analysis. In this study, we propose a novel activity monitoring unit (AMU) that could be used to support vector machine (SVM) [17] and the analytical scheme for gait cycles for effectively identifying the relationships between gait changes and the slope of stairs. In addition, this study could provide a practical method for realizing the calorie consumption of daily life for persons who are intended to increase calorie consumption through climbing stairs.
