Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 101 === The study aimed to understand the influence among service quality,customer perceived value, and behavioral intentions - a case of Miduoli Leisure farm restaurant. Questionnaires were delivered to those customers of Miduoli Leisure farm restaurant, with a convenience sampling for investigation. A total of 380 questionnaires were sent, with 336 effective copies returned, reaching a rate of 88.4%. This current study adopted descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe''s method and linear structural equation to undertake data processing, and the research results were produced as follows: 1.The majority of the customers were female; 31-40 years old; monthly income NT$30,000-50,000; Sources of information are mostly from friends and relatives ; In the way of dining , the party mostly to friends and family; Quantity of meals ", with a majority of 7 or more. " To the number of stores within half a year", most of 1-2 times. 2.Customer background personal variables on service quality,perceived value and behavioral intentions, part of significant differences. 3.The service quality of Miduoli Leisure farm restaurant had a positive and remarkable influence on customer s’perceived value;The customers’ perceived value had a positive and remarkable influence on behavioral intentions;The service quality of Miduoli Leisure farm restaurant had a positive and remarkable influence on behavioral intentions.
