This research studies the variances of locus of control, time management, and other situations of the students of senior class in elementary school caused by different contextual variables. The study results show that most of the students in senior class of elementary school tend to be internal locus of control and they are not significantly influenced by their gender, guardians and their ranking in the family etc. In terms of family education, those students who receive democratic type of education incline to be more internal locus of control rather than those who receive authoritative education. In terms of time management, generally speaking, female students perform better than male students. As to planning capability of time schedule, the students who receive democratic education perform better than those who receive authoritative education. Regarding to the perceptive attitudes of time management and relevant planning and execution capabilities, students with characteristic of internal locus of control in senior class of elementary schools perform better than those with characteristic of external locus of control.
