Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === The subject of this thesis aimed at the research of the enterprise management mode and development strategies of small-volume-more- prototypes manufacturing of the Printed circuit Board (PCB)industry. PCB is well known as the “mother of electronic products”, it is the basic part of electronic products. Based on the statistical data by TPCA, the production value and volume of Taiwan both surpassed Japan in 2011, and Taiwan become the lead country of PCB manufacturing in the world. The annual growth rate is observed to steadily grow, PCB industry can’t be ignored anymore. Because of over-investment in PCB industry before, Taiwan PCB industries fell into the poor situation of over-supply in recent years. In order to earn more orders、to increase capacity-utilization-rate, they are forced to cut prices to strive for more orders. These actions led to the fallimg of gross-profit-margin, severe deficit, even more worse, invoked a series of bankruptcy or merge, then changed the whole PCB industry. This research will base on the point of small-volume-more-prototypes enterprise owner, then start from the analysis of Taiwan PCB industry outlook. Through in-depth-interview , try to discover the management difficulties and development limits of small-volume-more-prototypes PCB enterprises, to find out the multiple variances of management strategies. I endeavor to develop suitable strategies and directions, to provide some suggestions for small-volume-more-prototypes PCB enterprises, so they can survive in the extreme competitive PCB industry.
