Appearance of electronic products has become one of the main points for purchase. Therefore, product design must be able to conform to customer’s other preferences in addition to the functional requirements. There are few studies of Kansei design focus on the design of function and the activity of supply chain. This study presents a novel approach to reveal the impact of the Kansie design, product function and supply chain on the products’ profit and cost. This model has three procedures to conduct the subjective and objective evaluations. The first procedure uses Importance and Performance Analysis and Delphi Method to select the factor of Kansie design and function.The second procedure uses FANP to evaluate the relationship among “Kansei designs”, “function” and “supply chain”. The third procedure utilizes the result of the first procedure as the weight that aims to maximize the profit. The Particle Swarm Optimization is applied in the second procedure to maximize the total profit inclusive of, manufacturing cost, material costs, packaging costs, convey costs and reverse costs. Finally, this research uses three examples to verify the model for feasibility. In the future, the business and product designer can also use this method to evaluate the Kansei Design, Function design and manufacturing production plan wholly or separately.
