As time passes by, it caused serious impact, and will have different affects of teaching expression. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of teaching efficiency on elementary school teachers’ working stress, and to observe the moderator variable of emotional management. Used by questionnaire to elementary teachers of Taoyuan County. And we got 397 efficiency questionnaires. In conclude that we can get several results: working stress will make the teaching effectiveness has noteworthy negative influential effect. And the emotional management will make the teaching effectiveness have noteworthy positively influential effect. Moreover, the emotional management won’t have moderator between teachers’ working stress and teaching effectiveness. Nevertheless, it According to the result of this study, suggest that to build up a stable teaching environment, and set up an organization for social counseling to assist teacher express and adjustment their emotional by the ministry of education. Hoping it will to show up the teaching effectiveness of high quality. Keywords: working stress, emotional management, teaching effectiveness
