Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 101 === In this study, the spindle is to explore of Taoyuan City’s innovative clean environmental volunteers management in its motivations, contents and successful factors and encountered difficulties.By Qualitative research, mainly interviews taken retrie vability from Taoyuan City Cleaning Team, green volunteers teams, scholars, experts and the publics as interviews Taoyuan City objects.
The results of this research found that: Taoyuan City Cleaning team force in its volunteers service of organizations to promote innovative management motivations, because the need for evaluation, but also want to pursue their own progress and development, and stimulate innovation management and therefore encourage volunteers and residents in enthusiasm.The use of innovative management in the planning unit, mainly leaded by cleaning team captain and be responsible for, and the following contractor personnels to planed and handed over to the captain where to go with the implementation of environmental volunteers.Innovative managements content marketing, service and volunteers managements, of these three main aspects make many national or county initiative, and the success of its innovative managements, making the volunteers function could be effectively played , and thus helped organizations to achieve their goals.
