This research focuses on IT specialists and uses questionnaire on the internet. The followings are summary of the finding of this:
(1) The positive correlations between professional confidence and job performance.
(2) The positive correlations between service attitude and job performance.
(3) The positive correlations between pay equity and job per performance.
(4) The positive correlations between professional confidence and service attitude.
(5) Some personal background have variability among professional confidence, pay equity, and job performance.
As those results, it would have contributions for future researcher or management level in a company could use it.
