| Summary: | 碩士 === 真理大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === In recent years, the hotel industry in Taiwan started developing on a rapid state as Taiwan’s economy began to flourish and develop. In order to attract more visitors and customers, the hotel industry started to make changes and improvements on a variety of services and facilities. They started to make a big difference but the internet is flooded with numerous unilateral or subjective information and errors which could lead the customers and potential visitors in getting lost about the correct details of the hotels. This problem wastes a lot of time, so this study hopes to provide better recommendations to the original recommendations stated regarding technology. Unlike previous studies where most of them consider the one factor, this study includes three factors (services, prices, facilities) to do an assessment which is closer to the demand of the customers.
In this study, the collaborative recommendation system predicted product-oriented consumers might like hotels in recommending to elect 50 higher visibility featured hotels, including these five categories (mountains, seas, hot springs, theme parks, resort hotels), 100 survey questionnaires were collected in the doorway of a four-star hotel in Taipei, and 90 were valid. In addition, we use Excel VBA Macro Module to make hotel recommendations. Through this study, the module recommended the travelers a list of hotels that they have not yet visited and let them choose in the hotel list.
