These activities are also known as the "Organizational Critical Activities, OCAs". On the other hand, in strategic management area, how the alignment between information technology and business strategies in the sense of affecting business performance has continually been investigated. Many researchers also consider that strategic alignment is the key to business success. This study is an empirical research based on the questionnaire data of 165 high-tech industries in Taiwan in order to test the relationships among Organizational Critical Activities, the Strategic Typologies of Business Enterprises and Mobile Commerce Technologies, and how various kinds of alignment affect on performance. It is expected that the results can let organizations know how to effectively manage their organizational critical activities and Mobile Commerce Technologies. Finally, the results of this study can also assist enterprises in continuously maintaining their performance and to match their strategic orientation with organizational critical activities in the future.
