their top priority . Besides the high accuracy needs of machine parts ,
proper assembling also plays an important role on precision machining
industry. Bad assembling will cause huge deviation on machine tool.
If we can develop an detection system which can judge the
assembling of machine parts is well or not, that would helps a lot for
precision machining industry.
In this research we develop a hybrid sensor which combines a
ADXL-335 three-axis accelerameter and a glass-type PT-1000
thermometer . We integrate ADXL-335 and PT-1000 on a PCB chip
with a diameter of 0.85 centimeter and assemble it with epoxy into a
cylinder mold. After removing , a cylinder shape Hybrid Sensor with
a diameter of 1 cm and 1cm tall. Besides single Hybrid Sensor , we also
develop a set of module with 5 Hybrid Sensor and some noise-resist
circuit. We use the Hybrid Sensor module to measure the temperature and
acceleration of testing machine under different parallelity of slipper track.
We use a signal decomposition method called EMD to analyze the
vibration signal. After studying the EMD secondary signal, we can judge
the parallelity of slipper track.
