Summary:碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 保健食品系 === 102 === The aim was to explore the health food cognition and leisure coping strategies for the physical education teachers. The main purposes of this study were to: (1) Investigate current situation of physical education teachers’ health food cognitive and leisure coping strategies. (2) Explore the effects of different variables on the health food cognition and leisure coping strategies. (3) Analyze the relationships between physical education teachers’ health food cognition and leisure coping strategies. The survey was conducted using convenience sampling. A total of 150 questionnaires were issued and 110 were valid. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, Pearson-moment correlation analysis, etc. were used to analyze the data. The results are showed that (A) Health food cognation and leisure coping strategies have a negative effect. (B) Physical education teachers with different backgrounds have different health food cognition and leisure coping strategies. Based on the study results, the researcher finally proposed some suggestions for the physical education teachers and the future researchers, hoped to benefit them in the future
