In order to attain the best Lidocaine and 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol yield, various factors such as different modifiers, extraction pressure and extraction temperature were studied. Moreover, the comparisons between the Lidocaine and 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol yield of solvent extraction and supercritical fluid extraction have been made. The extracts were analyzed by GC-MS. The results show that when the operating conditions are fixed at static extraction for an hour and then dynamic extraction for another six hours, the flow rate of modifier is 0.25 mL/min, the flow rate of carbon dioxide is 600-750 mL/min, total carbon dioxide flow is 40L and particle size is 1cm3. 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol extraction efficiency is operated under ethanol as modifier, extraction pressure is 2000psi and extraction temperature is 313K. Lidocaine extraction efficiency is operated under ethanol as modifier, extraction pressure is 2200psi and extraction temperature is 323K. The scavenging effects of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction efficiency is operated under extraction pressure is 1800psi and extraction temperature is 333K, scavenging effects is 14%.
