Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 管理學院碩士學位學程在職專班經營管理組 === 102 === With the increasing threat of energy crisis, climate change and nuclear safety in the world, to develop green energy industry has become the major policy in major countries. In Taiwan, the energy supply mainly relies on the import, so how to aggressively promote the market and application of green energy, should be seriously considered as an option of the energy supply strategy in Taiwan. Taiwan has the great advantages of manufacturing technology and outstanding production management in semiconductor and display industries, if those advantages could be well applied in the photovoltaic industry; it would stregthen the competiveness of Taiwan’s solar energy industry in the world. Looked into current supply chain of solar photovoltaic industry in Taiwan, the majority of firms are focusing on solar cell manufacturing. The study adopted a qualitative research for solar cell mainly, through reading the papers to realize the strategies of the solar cell industry, adapted “diamond model theory” to analyze and describe the competitive elements, to understand the internal and external environment, then to analyze the strategy of solar cell industry and the example, S company finally through SWOT matrix. The conclusion includes market development strategy, technology development strategy, economic scale, brand establishment, strategic alliance and people development.
