In present our country labor the comparison that occupation labor union has is the biggest in the middle of the group, but all emphasize occupation labor union is with doing the labor insurance business is lord, don't have the ability of group consultation, not bent on labor condition improvement, for occupation labor union of have the impression to is opposite to lowly evaluate and engrave a version. At present the social customer's more and more needs, how effectively make use of a customer's information management to become important. This research study on Taipei Film and Drama Union and measure the service quality of the labor union to carry on satisfaction analysis firstly and secondly takes labor union function, customer relation management, consortia commitment as background variable, then using cluster analysis methods make the sample in the same set have height it together quality, and different of the flock set has a high differences; This research adopts two stage clustering as Ward's Method and then Euclidean Distance to decide optimal combination of sample. Finally we utilize relation analysis to explore the customer relationship management, labor union commitment, and customer satisfaction of the occupation labor union characteristic. Taiwan has already become the service industry as the nation of lord, if the labor union wants to promote the value and image of labor union; the approbation of increasing the member encourages a member to participate in labor union organization and activity. There are two suggestions through our study: (1) mold labor union value to enhance labor union approbation. (2)enhance to conduct diverse, promote the member's satisfaction and centrifugal force.
